Can I follow the program at home?
Yes. Home and gym options are included. Some home workouts may use basic resistance such as bands or dumbbells, depending on the exercise.
How many days per week will I train?
The complete glute program is structured around three planned glute workouts per week across six weeks.
How quickly do I receive access?

Is this a subscription?
